		<description>The opposition to the proposed executive branch results from the red tape created when decisions are bouncing around committees. The existing ASM constitution needs work, yes, but making it take longer to get things done strikes me as a step in the wrong direction.</description>

The opposition to a strong Presidential system -- no doubt, concerned mostly that a conservative will zero-fund their precious niche group -- cannot match your personal narrative about the needs for a strong executive.
